Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policies. You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment, and you will receive a full refund to the Payment Method you chose.  Once you receive the Products, we have a fourteen (14) day return policy where you may return the Products in exchange for either a full refund or a replacement of the item you purchased, as determined in our reasonable discretion.  

If you wish to return a Product, please contact us at info@lostformat.com.  As part of our return policy, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them prior to returning them to LOST FORMAT.  You agree that any applicable shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.  You further agree that you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in returning the items.
