Domestic U.S. Orders:

Your order will arrive approximately 3-5 business days after you place your order. Orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii may take an additional 3-4 business days.

Canadian Orders:

Orders are delivered via Canada Post and will arrive in 5-7 business days after you place your order.

International Orders:

Shipping times will vary depending on your country.

You can check your order status by logging into your LOST FORMAT account page. You’ll also receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can track your package’s incredible journey from our distribution center to your doorstep.

A discount code can be entered in the "discount" box located on the right side of the screen in the checkout area.  Please note that only one reward code can be applied per purchase.

Most of our garments should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. Care instructions are listed on the garment tag.

Our garments come in multiple fits, including regular fit, slim fit, relaxed fit, etc.  A sizing guide is available for each product.  Please view our full Size & Fit Guide to view all sizes, and measurements for our apparel.

LOST FORMAT items are always specially washed, which not only gives them their super soft texture, but pre-shrinks them as well.  As with all jersey garments, however, they may shrink a little in the wash and stretch a little during wear.  We continually strive to perfect this process so everything you get from us will look and feel like a favorite each and every time.
